Most cleaning companies will not tell you what anything costs until you are on the phone with them.
We would rather explain it here. This page covers what actually moves house cleaning prices, what does not, and what you get at every level, so you can work out roughly where your home lands before you talk to anyone.
An hourly rate tells you what you are paying for time. It tells you nothing about what gets cleaned.
Two hours of cleaning can mean the whole checklist done properly, or it can mean the visible surfaces wiped and the clock running out before anyone reaches the top of the refrigerator. Same price, completely different service, and you only find out afterward.
So our house cleaning prices are built around the job, not the clock. You know what is included before we arrive, and if the work takes us longer than expected, that is our problem and not your invoice.
The strongest single factor, but not the only one and not by itself decisive.
More important than square footage in most homes. A bathroom is the most labor-dense room in a house, and two homes of identical size with two and four bathrooms are two different jobs.
A home that has been maintained and one that has not are priced differently, and honestly this is where most quotes go wrong elsewhere. We would rather look first.
Weekly costs less per visit than monthly, because there is less to recover each time. This is the one factor you control directly.
Interiors of appliances, interiors of cabinets, inside the refrigerator, laundry: these are add-ons, not assumptions, and they are stated in the quote either way.
The day of the week, whether you are home, and how urgently you need it. We do not price by urgency.

For reference, published house cleaning rates in Georgia put the Metro Atlanta market between roughly $25 and $50 per hour per cleaner, which for a three bedroom home usually lands in the low to mid hundreds for a standard visit. We are not the lowest number in that band and we do not try to be. What we are is the company that tells you what the number covers.
The gap between a weekly and a monthly visit is not four times the work. It is more than that.
A home cleaned weekly never accumulates. Nothing has to be recovered, so each visit is maintenance. A home cleaned every two months accumulates for eight weeks, and every visit spends part of itself catching up before the actual cleaning starts.
That is why recurring pricing drops as frequency rises, and it is also why we sometimes recommend a deep cleaning first and then a lighter recurring plan. It usually costs less over a year than paying for a heavy visit forever.
