Published in full, before you book, so nobody has to guess.

The four items in bold are the ones that started this company, and they are the ones most standard cleanings do not touch.

The floor, not the ceiling

What You Can Add to Your Cleaning

The standard list is the floor. These four are the ones people ask for most, and any of them can go on your visit.

  • Interior of the refrigerator
  • Interior of the oven
  • Interior of cabinets and drawers
  • Laundry

Ask and we will price it, and it is stated in your quote either way.

And What We Do Not Do
  • Dishes beyond loading the dishwasher
  • Exterior windows
  • Carpet shampooing
  • Wall washing
  • Anything above standard reach
  • Pet waste
  • Biohazard

Some of those are a different trade and we will say which. We would rather list this than let you discover it. What we will not do is include something silently and hope you do not notice, or exclude something silently and let you find out.

How the Deep Cleaning Checklist Differs

A deep cleaning is not this list done more slowly. It is a different list.

It adds the oven interior, the range hood filter, degreasing, grout scrubbed rather than wiped, mineral buildup on fixtures and glass, baseboards washed rather than dusted, vent covers, behind and under appliances where they move, and the edges of every floor.

If your home has not been cleaned professionally in a while, the deep cleaning is what makes the recurring list realistic afterward.

Your Additions to the List

What is included in house cleaning here is the floor, not the ceiling. On the first visit we ask what else matters in your home.

  • Allergies in the household
  • Products that are not allowed here
  • Surfaces that need a specific approach
  • Rooms that need extra care
  • Rooms we should not enter
  • Pets and how they should be handled
  • Anything you have been disappointed by before

It goes on a form and it travels with your home, so it does not have to be explained twice. You also choose your Mint Note, or choose Note-Free and we finish with no added fragrance.

Questions

Questions About What Is Included

What is included in house cleaning as standard?
Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas and the whole home items listed on this page, including the top of the refrigerator, under the table, inside the microwave and air fryer, ceiling fan blades, the top edge of door frames and behind the toilet base.
What is not included?
Refrigerator and oven interiors, cabinet interiors, laundry, exterior windows, carpet shampooing, wall washing and anything above standard reach. Most of these can be added and are stated in the quote.
What will a cleaner do in three hours?
In three hours a cleaner covers a portion of the checklist, not the whole home. That is exactly why we price the job rather than the hour, so the list gets finished instead of the clock running out.
Is the checklist the same every visit?
Yes. Same list, same standard, whether or not anyone is home and whoever is assigned.
Can I add items to the checklist?
Yes. Add-ons are priced and written into the quote, and your preferences form can add instructions at no charge.
What if something on this list was missed?
Tell us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we come back to redo the point you raised, at no cost.
