Your team should walk in and not have to think about it.
We provide commercial cleaning for offices, studios, clinics and small workspaces across Metro Atlanta, on a written scope agreed at a walkthrough and on a schedule built around your hours rather than ours.
If something is not right, tell us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we come back to redo it.
A quote given over the phone for a space nobody has seen is a guess, and guesses get corrected later, usually by quietly doing less.
So we walk the space with you first. We look at traffic, floor types, how many people use the restrooms, where the kitchen is, what the trades in your building already handle, and what your team has quietly been cleaning themselves because nobody else did.
Then the scope goes in writing: what we do, how often, and what we do not do. Everyone reads the same document.
Interior glass, mid passDesks and surfaces where permitted, shared tables, chairs and arms, high-touch points including handles, switches, rails and shared equipment.
Full sanitation of fixtures, mirrors, dispensers restocked from your supply or ours, floors including corners and behind the door.
Counters, sink, exterior of appliances, inside the microwave, table and chairs including underneath, cabinet fronts, and the top of the refrigerator, which in an office is the single most reliably ignored surface in the building.
Vacuuming with edge work, hard floors washed, interior glass and partitions, entry glass where reachable.
Emptied, liners replaced, bins wiped rather than just emptied.
The most common arrangement. Your team leaves and the space is ready before anyone returns.
For spaces where the evening is the busy part.
For clinics and studios with fixed appointment blocks, we work the gaps rather than the whole space at once.
Weekly, several times a week, or daily. We will tell you honestly which frequency your traffic justifies, including recommending less than you asked for when the space does not need it.
A workspace has rules a home does not: rooms nobody enters, cabinets that stay locked, equipment nobody touches, and confidential material on desks.
Rotating strangers through that is a risk. Ask for it and we keep the same team on your account, so the rules are learned once and followed after that.
You can also choose your Mint Note for the space, or choose Note-Free, which is the usual choice in clinics and in any office with fragrance-sensitive staff.
We should be clear about fit, because the wrong fit wastes your time.
For a space that fits, the advantage is that the people cleaning it are accountable to you directly, not to a regional dispatcher.
If you need that, we will say so at the walkthrough rather than after the contract.
We are based in Marietta and reach about 30 miles around the office.
