Buildup that recurring cleaning does not reach: grout scrubbed rather than wiped, range hood degreased, oven interior, mineral buildup on fixtures and glass, and baseboards washed rather than dusted. Usually the right first visit if the home has not been cleaned professionally in a while, because it lets every recurring visit afterward be maintenance instead of catching up.

Built around what a walkthrough opens: cabinet and drawer interiors, appliance interiors, closet shelving, window tracks and blinds. The inspection is not looking at the living room, it is opening things, so that is what gets cleaned.
