Four Questions, and What They Have in Common
Every one of those questions points at the same failure: a cleaning that is finished by appearance instead of by evidence.
A room can read as clean from the doorway and be dirty everywhere you do not look. That happens when a cleaning is measured in minutes rather than in items, and it is the normal way this industry works. The visible surfaces get wiped, the floor gets a pass, and the parts you would have to bend down or reach up to check stay exactly as they were.
We could not find a company that treated those places as part of the job, so we built one.
Who we are
Founded in Marietta, by Two Women
The Mint Cleaning Co. is based in Marietta, Georgia, at 1685 Terrell Mill Rd, Suite 204D, and it was founded and is run by women.
We are a young company. We would rather say that plainly than dress it up, because the alternative is inventing a history and we are not going to do that. What we do have is a standard written down before the first visit, and a checklist that includes the parts other companies leave off.
Everything else gets earned one home at a time.

What We Will Not Do
- We will not stage a room.
- We will not spray a scent over a surface nobody cleaned.
- We will not tell you a cleaning is finished when the list is not finished.
- We will not promise a speed we cannot hold.
- We will not compete on price alone in Metro Atlanta.
Both of those last two promises get paid for the same way, by skipping the places we built this company to clean.
How We Work
We ask first
Before the first cleaning, a preferences form records allergies, products not allowed in your home, pets, surfaces that need care and rooms we should not enter.
We write it down
The same checklist, every visit, whoever is assigned and whether or not anyone is home.
We keep the same person, if you want
Ask and the same cleaner stays with your home, so nothing has to be explained twice.
We let you choose the finish
Mint Notes is our scent selection, and Note-Free means no added fragrance at all.
We come back
If something is not right, tell us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we come back to redo it.
