Our house cleaning services cover your whole home on a schedule you choose, from weekly to quarterly. Same written checklist every visit, and the same cleaner if you want one.
If something is not right, tell us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we come back to redo it.
The items in bold are the ones that usually get skipped. They are on the list every visit.
Counters and backsplash, sink and fixtures, exterior of appliances, stovetop and control panel, inside the microwave and the air fryer, cabinet fronts, the top of the refrigerator, table and chairs including underneath the table, floors edge to edge.
Tub and shower including the corner where tile meets floor, tile and grout lines, toilet inside and out and behind the base, sink and counter, mirrors and chrome, floors and baseboards.
Dusting on all reachable surfaces, ceiling fans and light fixtures, window sills and frames, mirrors and glass, beds made or linens changed, floors vacuumed and mopped.
Baseboards, door frames and handles, light switches, stair treads, and the corners that get missed when a cleaning is done by the clock instead of by the list.
A room can read as clean from the doorway and still be dirty everywhere you do not look.
That is what happens when a cleaning is measured in minutes instead of in items. The visible flat surfaces get wiped, the floor gets a pass, and the top of the refrigerator, the underside of the table and the inside of the air fryer stay exactly as they were.
We do not stage rooms and we do not spray a scent over a surface nobody cleaned. Our house cleaning service is built on a written list, and the list includes the parts you would have to bend down or reach up to check.
