Deep cleaning

Deep Cleaning Service in Marietta and Metro Atlanta

The reset, not the upkeep.

A deep cleaning service goes after what regular visits never reach: the buildup on the range hood, the grout that changed color slowly, the inside of the appliance, the baseboard behind the door that is always open.

Reach, not effort

What Deep Cleaning Reaches That Regular Cleaning Does Not

Regular cleaning maintains a level. Deep cleaning changes it. In a recurring visit the surface gets wiped. In a deep house cleaning, the surface comes off the wall of buildup it was hiding under.

Kitchen

Inside the oven and the range hood filter, behind and underneath the appliances where they can be moved, cabinet interiors on request, degreasing of backsplash and hood, the top of the refrigerator, inside the microwave and air fryer.

Bathrooms

Grout lines scrubbed rather than wiped, mineral buildup on fixtures and glass, the track of the shower door, behind and around the base of the toilet, exhaust vent covers.

Whole home

Baseboards washed rather than dusted, door frames and switch plates, window sills and interior frames, ceiling fan blades, vents, and the edges of every floor where the vacuum normally turns around.

Where a schedule starts

Why a Home Needs a Deep Clean Before Anything Else

If a home has not been cleaned professionally in a long time, a recurring schedule starts at a disadvantage.

The first visit spends itself catching up and never quite catches up. The next one starts behind. Six visits later the house looks maintained and the grout, the hood and the baseboards are exactly where they were on day one.

A deep cleaning service solves that in one visit. After it, recurring cleaning does what it is supposed to do: hold the line instead of chasing it.

  • With a deep cleaning first, recurring visits hold the line
  • Without one, every visit spends itself catching up
Common reasons

When People Book a Deep Cleaning

  • 01
    Before starting a recurring schedule

The most common reason, and the one we recommend most often.

  • 02
    Seasonally

A spring cleaning or an end of year reset, once or twice a year, with no recurring plan attached.

  • 03
    Before or after guests

Holidays, a visit from family, an event at the house.

  • 04
After a long stretch without one

A move, a renovation, a new baby, a hard year. No explanation needed.

  • 05
    Before listing a home

What a buyer notices first is rarely the floor. It is the smell and the grout.

No hourly quote

How a Deep Cleaning Is Scoped

We do not quote a deep cleaning service by the hour, because the hour does not tell you what got done.

We scope it by the home: square footage, number of bathrooms, how long it has been, whether appliance interiors are included, whether cabinet interiors are included, and whether anything needs particular care. Then you know what you are getting before we arrive.

A deep cleaning takes longer than a regular visit. That is the point, and we would rather tell you that up front than rush the list.

Before the first visit

Your Products, Your Scent, or No Scent at All

Before the first visit we ask about allergies, about products that are not allowed in your home, and about surfaces that need a specific approach. It goes on a form and it travels with your home.

You can also choose your Mint Note, or choose Note-Free and we finish with no added fragrance.

Questions

Questions About Deep Cleaning

What is the difference between deep cleaning and regular cleaning?
Regular cleaning maintains the level a home is already at. Deep cleaning changes that level by removing buildup: grout, range hood, appliance interiors, baseboards and the edges a recurring visit does not reach.
How much does a deep cleaning cost?
It is scoped by the home, not by the clock: size, number of bathrooms, how long it has been and which interiors are included. See how pricing works.
How often should a home be deep cleaned?
Once or twice a year for most homes on a recurring schedule. If there is no recurring cleaning, more often.
Does deep cleaning include inside the oven and the refrigerator?
Inside the oven, yes. Refrigerator and cabinet interiors are included when you ask for them, and we confirm that in the quote so there is no surprise either way.
Do I need a deep cleaning if I already clean my own home?
Sometimes not. If the buildup is not there, we will say so and quote a regular cleaning instead.
What if something is not right?
Tell us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we come back to redo the point you raised, at no cost.
